
Dry Eyes Tips: Dry Eyes while working on the computer?
Try lowering your monitor slightly and possibly tilt it up towards you. This allows more of your eye lid to cover a larger portion of your eye ball. Don’t forget to blink! Also, remember to look away from your monitor every ~30-40 minutes; perhaps close your eyes for ~5 seconds every ~20-30 minutes to increase lubrication of the eye. Read more Ergo Tips.
