This poster works
best when in conjunction with our Live Workshop. This program is for
employees engaged in field work or heavier physical demands. The focuses increasing joint stability in order to reduce injury
incidence and severity, and thereby enhance efficiency and performance
and reduce perceived effort during work tasks. It is a rehabilitation-based
and fitness-based set of movements that are performed prior to a shift
or heavy task.
Full-color photographs of each movement are accompanied by detailed written
descriptions with general safety and use guidelines. Available

Stretch Breaks Program
This poster works

benefit from performing a few stretches every day to keep blood circulating,
decrease effects of static and repetitive movement, and improve postural
imbalances.
